| Defining Moments by Dan Schaeffer The Bible is full of defining moments... One morning you wake up totally unaware that today you will make a decisionthat will define your life for years to come, perhaps forever. If you had known this moment was approaching, you would have prepared for it. But you didn't...That moment is coming--maybe today, perhaps in a week or a month, or a year, but it is coming, and you won't be able to escape it...You can hope you will say or do the right thing, or you can prepare for that moment now."
Your character is the scene of battles, great and small, where life-changing decisions arise. Fortunately you can learn from those who have gone before. 6 Copies in stock

| When Faith and Decisions Collide "The Bush Won't Burn and I'm all out of Matches"
Finding God's will for you life Few things seem to press more on the minds of Christians than the search for God's will for their lives: Where is God leading me, how can I know, and what are the signs?
As he cites the various methods people use for finding answers to these questions, along with the disappointment and disillusionment many have suffered, author Dan Schaeffer examines this subject from a new vantage point. "We will look at the will of God as a journey, rather than a destination; something to walk in, rather than just seek out" 4 copies in stock | Write Comment (4 comments) |

| Making Sense of God’s Silence “It is the silence of heaven that causes the most frustration. We know God can communicate, but we are at a loss to know why He doesn’t choose to. And when we don’t hear from Him, we wonder if He’s there, or if He’s paying attention to what’s going on down here.
When we don’t see miracles, and we don’t sense or feel the presence of God, we are apt to say, ‘He’s not watching; He’s not caring; He’s not involved.’ But Esther shouts out the truth that God is vitally involved in the affairs of our lives, and He is actively working on our behalf... 18 COPIES LEFT IN STOCK

| Do you ever feel like you are-faking church? Do you ever feel like you are going through the motions, pretending to be someone or something you really aren't? If you do, then join the crowd! We all "fake church" to some degree. None of us tell ourselves the whole truth, all the time, about our spiritual lives. But when we're just going through the motions...when the untruths begin to drain all the joy out of worship...when we're considering not even showing up on Sunday morning...it's time to get real again with God. This book invites you to unflinchingly examine your heart, to ask questions you're not used to asking yourself, to explore motivations you've always taken for granted, and to challenge some of your longstanding assumptions about church and ministry. | Why I Wrote: In Search of the Real Spirit of Christmas: “I love Christmas. I always have and always will. For most of my life I loved Christmas for all the cultural embellishments that came with the season, the lights, the trees, the music, the food, the gaiety, the sense of wonder, the silly sentimental Christmas movies that move me emotionally. I admit that I enjoyed Christmas as a Christian for all the above reasons, it was simply an enchanting time of year where everyone was happier and life more pleasant. I believed the real Christmas story, but frankly and honestly, it never moved me emotionally in the same way that cultural Christmas did. It didn’t seem to touch my emotions nearly as powerfully. I admit that I felt a bit of guilt about my condition. 9 COPIES LEFT IN STOCK (new cover)

| Unveiling the story of the Resurrection. Each year, we seek to reproduce the “glory of Easter” in churches across the nation, in both the simplest and most extravagant productions, with music, singing, and drama. Yet, no staged glory can compare with the grandeur that the true story of Easter delivers to the human heart that will open to receive it.
In these pages you will find the purpose behind the suffering of our Savior, and the meaning behind the supernatural wonders of heaven at the moment of His precious death... 4 COPIES LEFT IN STOCK (new cover)

| A Call for Dads to Seize the Moment This is a book written from a father's heart, to a father's heart. In the life of every father, and certainly every mother as well, there are what I call "irrecoverable moments."
In these moments with our child, they might give us an insight into their soul, ask us a question that we've always wanted them to ask, or tell us how they are feeling about us, life, or God. These are divine appointments. They are God's gift to us dads. My book is a collection of such moments in my own life (both my successes and my failures and what I learned), designed to stimulate thoughts about your own. 28 COPIES LEFT IN STOCK
