Hi folks!  You are some of my favorite people...
I have worked more often with you than anyone else.  Having had over 200 aticles published in over 30 different magazines in many different languages, and having written on assignment for 10 national magazines (including Discipleship Journal, Moody Magazine, Lookout, FamilyFun, HomeLife, Plain Truth, War Cry and others), and having been published in over 30 magazines here and abroad, in both Christian and secular magazines (Reader’s Digest, FamilyFun, A 3rd Helping of Chicken Soup for the Soul) I have grown to know the challenges and tensions of a magazine editor.  (And yes, I realize that was a really long sentence!) 

The challenge—good writing; the tension—time!  (I know, money is an issue too). 
 Here is where I hope I can be of some help to you, the editor.  I know that you, like book publishers, are often looking for a specific article on a specific topic, but alas, wanting brownies, you are sent apples.  I have included on my web site my personal article archive of all my articles, available for reprint, and also some never before published.  Feel free to peruse the archive and take a look at what I have available.  I have shown, in short, what each piece is about.  There are reflective general feature pieces, interviews, parenting and marriage pieces, apologetic pieces, think pieces, how to’s, and seasonal pieces, ad infinitum.  Please note that some of the articles will be listed in several different categories to help you.

I can send either an article query for a requested article, or the query and the article, or just the article itself in a matter of minutes.  Please just use the article request form.  But if you don’t see what you’re looking for, and you like my style of writing, feel free to throw an idea my way on the assignment form.  I’m not guaranteeing I can do it, but I’m sure going to give it the old freelancer try!  I have also written seven books, most of which have chapters that would easily be converted into article format.  So…now the ball is in your court. And by the way, thanks for all you do!
